I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, as they had basic but functional kitchen facilities that allowed me to prepare simple meals. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the market and in the historical center of the city. Lastly, the staff were very helpful and willing to assist with anything I needed. this hotel provided a pleasant experience with good service, basic amenities, and a convenient location close to everything.

The location was fantastic, with the main square and San Pedro market just a short walk away. I loved that there was a supermarket close by for convenience. The staff were extremely helpful and always available to assist, starting from early in the morning. The rooms were basic but functional, with a kitchen that had everything I needed. great value for money and a pleasant experience.

Great location close to San Pedro market, regular market and the city center. The common area downstairs is a convenient place to relax. Comfortable beds. Large apartment with 1.5 bathrooms.

We had an incredible stay at Elva's House in Cusco. The hostel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise. We loved the great view from our apartment and the reliable hot water. The supermarket nearby and well-equipped kitchen were a bonus. Highly recommended!

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Perfect and cozy for a romantic escape. The room had an equipped kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast in bed and watching TV. The rooftop terrace had breathtaking views of the city, and it was perfect for watching the sunset while we enjoyed a glass of wine. The hotel was only a few steps away from a pharmacy, market, and lovely restaurants.

The staff struggled during checkout and appeared not to be familiar with the payment process. They also couldn't accept some of our cards.

Although the rooms were cozy, there was no heating when it got cold. , the shower design was not good as the entire floor of the bathroom would get wet.
